Looking for a Little Autumn Love
Hey, friends! As you may or may not know, I’ve had a little love affair with the month of November going on for years! I love the milder weather, fall food and drink, and – most of all – Thanksgiving! I know that many of you anticipate November and all of its wonderfulness as much as I do so I’ve got a little project for you.
Would you be willing to join me in celebrating November? In the past, I’ve posted daily on Facebook (through Thanksgiving Day) with brief stories and thoughts on gratitude and counting blessings. Now that my website November Roses is up and running, I’d like to include some of your favorite fall photos and thoughts. Specifically, I’m looking for:
· photos of fall and Thanksgiving décor and scenery;
· snippets from your gratitude journals;
· maybe a paragraph or two about something meaningful that has helped you in your gratitude journey.
If you’d like to contribute to Project November Roses 😊, please email me at tdvick1981@gmail.com. Let me know what you have, and I’ll respond with the best ways to get it to me.
November Roses will have a slightly different posting schedule for its namesake month through Thanksgiving. “Pocket Thoughts” will post on Mondays and Fridays and will be filled with Scripture, quotes, and your written contributions. Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays will bring stories focused on gratitude. If you haven’t signed up for the email list, now is a great time to do that! Just scroll to the bottom of this page, and leave your address.
I don’t think I’ve been this excited about November in a l o n g time! Looking forward to sharing grateful stories, photos, and hearts with you!
“Enter His gates with thanksgiving and His courts with praise; give thanks to Him and praise His name. For the Lord is good and His love endures forever; His faithfulness continues through all generations.” – Psalm 100:4-5
